 Anthony J. Gargano, P.A. is a "boutique law firm" limiting its legal representation exclusively to lenders, real estate developers, and real estate sellers, purchasers, and owners. By limiting our practice to real estate law and lender representation, the firm is able to promptly, efficiently, and creatively handle real estate matters and transactions from the simplest to the most complex, guiding our clients through the constantly changing maze of real estate law and transactions. The Anthony J. Gargano, P.A. team is committed to our clients' success and assists them in taking control of their financing and real estate transactions, and related matters. By means of our team's extensive experience, comprehensive knowledge and innovative systems, combined with our proven character and integrity, we give our clients an edge in accomplishing their real estate goals in the ever changing, competitive, real estate marketplace.

Anthony J. Gargano Biography
 For nearly four decades, Anthony J. Gargano has assisted many of Southwest Florida's most successful real estate lenders, developers, brokers, and investors as a real estate attorney and trusted advisor. Mr. Gargano founded the firm with a passion for real estate and real estate law and the goal of delivering his clients responsive, efficient service and creative, insightful strategies and advice. His passion, dedication, and insight continue to help pave the road to success for many of Southwest Florida's premier lenders, developers, real estate investors and entrepreneurs. Anthony J. Gargano earned his BA in English from the University of Florida, graduating with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa; and earned his Juris Doctorate from the prestigious Notre Dame Law School. Mr. Gargano is married and the father of eight children and is actively involved in his church and the community.
